POWER & the GLORY is a weekly, half-hour religious broadcast.  Since August 2000, it has been produced by the Church of Christ in Ariton, Alabama with assistance from numerous other churches of Christ plus individual Christians.  Each program features a biblical message by George Merritt; quality a Cappella, Chrstian songs; a God & Country feature; time for prayer; and Thought for the Week.  Power & the Glory programs are designed to be aired any day in the week.  They are available without charge to churches of Christ desiring to purchase the local air time and also to those stations seeking quality religious programs for their program logs. 
Program Objectives:
  1. To improve the moral climate of our society
  2. To break down prejudice in human hearts
  3. To edify the church with biblical messages
  4. To lead unsaved persons to Jesus Christ
  5. To offer listeners research and study materials
